Privacy policy

AgentReady is a free tool, operated by Neryn, that checks whether AI shopping agents can reach, understand and shop an online store. You don't need an account, and we don't use cookies. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• The store address you enter, and the public pages we read from that store: the homepage, robots.txt, sitemaps, up to three product pages, policy pages, /.well-known/ucp and llms.txt. We read only what anyone on the web can see.
• The report we build from those pages, and the AI answers described below. Both are saved so the report link keeps working.
• Your IP address, only to limit how many audits one address can start per minute. We store it only as a one-way hash that changes every day, and clear these records within minutes of new activity.
• Page-view counts through Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not identify you or follow you across sites.

We do not ask for, or store, your name, email address or payment details.

Who can see a report

Anyone with a report's link can open it. Links are long and random, and reports are marked so search engines don't index them, but treat a link as shareable. We may show a few reports of well-known stores on our home page as examples.

Live AI answers

After an audit, we ask ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic) and Perplexity two shopper questions about the store, such as "Is Allbirds (allbirds.com) a good place to buy from?". These questions contain only the store's name, address and product category or product name, never anything about you. They are sent through OpenRouter to those companies, under their own privacy terms. We save the answers and their sources with the report.

Services we use

• Vercel hosts the site and keeps short-lived request logs, including IP addresses.
• Neon stores reports and AI answers in a Postgres database in Singapore.
• OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic and Perplexity answer the AI questions described above.
• Google's favicon service shows store icons on reports, so your browser asks Google for the icon of the audited store.

How long we keep things

Reports and AI answers are kept so shared links keep working. If you own a store and want its reports removed, email us and we will delete them.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about a store or about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to dev.prathapk@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. AgentReady is not meant for children and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and its date.
