These terms cover your use of AgentReady, a free tool operated by Neryn. By running an audit you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.

The service

AgentReady reads a store's public pages and reports how well AI shopping agents can reach, understand and shop it. It is free and needs no account. We may change, limit or stop the service at any time.

Fair use

• Audit stores you run, work for, or have a genuine interest in, such as a competitor you want to compare with.
• Don't use AgentReady to overload a website, to run audits in bulk by script, or to get around a site's security.
• We limit how many audits one address can start, and may block traffic that looks automated or abusive.

What a report is, and isn't

A report is our assessment at one point in time, based on the pages we could read and a small sample of products. It is not a promise about how OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, Anthropic or any other company treats a store, and scoring can change as standards change. Firewall results come from our own servers, not from each AI company's network.

The live AI answers are written by third-party AI models. They can be wrong, and they are not our statements about any business. Reports can be opened by anyone with the link.

Names and trademarks

ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Shopify, WooCommerce and other names belong to their owners. We use them only to describe what we test. AgentReady is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

No warranty and limited liability

AgentReady is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Neryn is not liable for lost sales, lost profits or indirect losses arising from using the service or relying on a report.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
